25 x Wall Ball - 20lbs men/14lbs women
5 x Muscle-Up (if not able to do muscle-ups, substitute with 3 pullup/3 ring dips per muscle-up)

unfortunetely I do not have access to Rings or a 14# Ball at this time.....guess I'll dig into the archives for an alternative workout

Jenn do Thrusters for wall ball and 3 pull ups/ 3dips for each muscle up.

whew! i think my lack of coordination made this one more fun for GNC to watch than for me to do. At least i didn't punch myself in the face with the medicine ball this time!

I also subbed the wall balls for thrusters...and did pullups/dips(had to use the band on the dips after a while)
