I planned on taking a week off to recover because I couldn't walk after Wed. workout. All Ron could was laugh at me which made it worse. However,running backwards was alot of fun and made me laugh. Since tomorrow is SF Hero WOD I will rest after I complete it.

Thank you to the ALL THE HERO'S (not just ones with WOD's named after them).

awesome wod...loved it! I actually did the 400 m runs (not at full pace, mind you, but i did em!) and then subbed the 800 m run for a 1000 meter row. Sucked, but was a great workout.
