For Time:
5 Rounds
20 Double unders
6 Hang Cleans (includes squat) 135
6 Push Press 135
6 Chest to bar pull ups.

Finish with 10 minutes of stretching.

Any ideas about what I can do other than the double unders? I don't think my ankle is up to all the jumping and I don't wanna mess it up even more. I'm going at 4...so if you have any ideas, let me know

Lindey in case Mike doesn't get back to you just row 200 meters. I should be in at 4 too didn't have time to do WOD this morning. PR for Power Clean though 125!!
