Five rounds of:
155 pound Deadlift, 12 reps (women use 110 lbs)
155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps (women use 110 lbs)
155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps (women use 110 lbs)

In honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and one-year old son T.J.

Thanks for the catch Hound, its been a long day. To answer your earlier question with regards to HSPUs, I would go at it from several different angles, sometimes do it completely as rx'd no matter how long it takes, other modify it like you did today. Using the bands it is a great way to work the range of motion, so its another great alternative. Even when you get to touching your head on every rep, you should be trying to move up to a higher level of range of motion, such as, putting bumpers on the ground or using parralletes. My two cents, hope that helps. MP

So I don't know if I am more upset that I have to admit I was wrong and sorry to GNC or that I didn't really RX and thought I did. Unless Hound switched my bar out when I ran to potty....I only did 105. Tomorrow sitting with daughter thru 1st grade math class!

Work has put me a day behind this week. Finished the WOD in 17:56,cleans and jerks were probably the ugliest I've done in awhile.MP
