Mike, I know tomorrow is Crossfit Total and I worked very hard to get my name on white board. So it is clear can you either answer back or write with WOD standards for each move...like Deadlift hips fully extended and can we drop bar or need to set down. And for both back squat and shoulder press. Thank you
