Hound, I just decided to take a 4 week break from 5,3,1 and just concentrate a solid rep sets. For the DL, BS, weighted dips, and Power Clean I will attempt to go up by 10 lbs per week. For the Shoulder press I will go up by 5lbs per week. I did this just change things up a bit. I will go back to 5,3,1 at the end of the 4 weeks. Take it easy on that shoulder. MP
