300 meter shuttle run (25 meter legs)
21 KB swings 24KG/53lbs men 16KG/35lbs women
12 Pullups
Slightly more intense version of Helen, be sure to touch the ground at end of each 25 meter leg of the shuttle. Completed in 8:23 MP

Hound,
I normally don't blog everything I do because I don't have the patience. But every now and then I get a wild hair. It only appears as if I have changed things, its really what I have always done, with a few quirks every now and then. I just finished up 5,3,1 cycle and will change it up over the next 4 weeks. I going to still Bsquat, DL, PC, SP and BP but I'm going to start with a reasonable weight and attempt to go up by 5lbs every week. For example I will start with Bsquat at 255. This may not be a bad protocol for you to follow to get back in the swing of things. I'm earning tax free money right now so I have to be measured with my approach. I expect that in the next four weeks you will see some interesting things. Hope school is going well, please stay in touch.MP
