25 x Pull-ups
25 x KB Sumo Deadlift High Pulls 55lb men/35lb women
25 x Ring Dips
1000 meter row

Finish with 10 minutes of stretching.

Hi Mike!
I am hoping we go back to your strength WOD Rx's. We are starting at max and going down to 60% with an increase in the reps. Why was there an change anyways? I heard that people were bored and wanted to go back to the grassroots of Crossfit. I dont know what exactly that is. I will post my 2cents @ ECCF as well. Hoping for a melding of all minds! -Amey

The strength will continue, and only real difference will be that I'm going to a 3 on 1 off schedule. The strength work will also start having some variety, but it will still be in line with the current protocol. Hope you are able to join us and if you do, please keep us posted on your efforts. MP
