Hound, Things are going well, iwas disappointed by the complaints about the strength work,but such is life. Since a have smaller crowd now, it does offer up the opportunity to experiment with interesting WODs. So please keep providing the feedback and be ready for some "fun" stuff in the days ahead. MP
