Saturday
WOD 1
Power clean
5 sets of 3 reps
Use the same weight in every set, if successful then the next time you see this workout go up 5 pounds.

WOD 2
10 x Deadlift (weight = bodyweight)
10 x Burpee (includes push up, jump, and hand clap over head)

Finish with 10 minutes of stretching.
