8 x Front Squat 135lbs men/ 95lbs women
6 x Split jerk 135lbs men/ 95lbs women

Rest as needed

WOD 2 (For those interested in improving their running endurance)
For time
8 x 200m run (rest 1 minute after each 200 meter run)
Score total time (include rest time)

Finish with 10 minutes of stretching.
