Is there an alternative to the back extension? I don't have access to a GHD here...

jenn, just do goodmornings with a 45lb bar, place the bar on your back like you are doing squats and bend at the waist until you are at a 90 degree angle then stand back up with the weight, iwould test the weight to make sure its not to heavy.mp
