Warm-up
Back Squat (All the percentages should be based upon 90% of your max.)
40% x 5
50% x 5
60% x 5
WOD
For Time
7 Rounds:
15 Back Squat load equals bodyweight (scale as appropriate)
15 Burpee (with push up, jump, and clap overhead)

Finish with 10 minutes of stretching.

Hound I will do 20 to 1 either tomorrow or Monday and let Chrissy know how awful it was or wasn't. Unless Mike wants to post as a WOD 20-1 KB swings/ 1-20 Burpees

This week has beat me up pretty good and I think we should probably take the weekend off, so we can start our new strength cycle Monday somewhat fresh. I like the idea for the WOD and I think we can work that in sometime soon.MP
