1 tabata = 8 cycles (4 minutes) of 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off, correct?

i.e. I have them do 8 cycles each of the deadlifts, HSPU and the rockers, correct?

That is correct and there score will equal total number of reps from all three movements.MP
