This workout is for total distance covered for all 4 movements. Tabata=8 rounds of 20 work 10 seconds of rest.

FYI Wabbit, I believe the gym is only going to be open friday from 9-12 and 4-7. But I still may be in at 6am.

Let me know if you go in at 6 on Friday--I may try to make it, depending on length and depth of tomorrow's many festivities. I am sure to be fairly useless by then--I am already half crippled from this morning.
