Mike, Today was good day. I P.R. in L-Sit Pull-Ups and deadlift. 12 P/U's and 320# on deadlift, my previous P.R. was 295#. GNC really helped me out with my form. He also gave me a new movement to master, the fabled butterfly kip. GNC was knocking out about 2 Pull-Ups per second. This ones going to take some time to get down. Wabbit will probably pick it up in 10 mins.

Hound, awesome work on the L-sit pullups and the pr on the deadlift. That is quite a gain, so something must be working. Good luck on the butterfly kip. MP

I wanna learn to butterfly kip!!! I overslept this morning, and I am NOT a HAPPY CAMPER about tomorrow's workout. I'd better work on mastering that kipping push up for reals.
