This is going to be relatively short, given that my arms hurt so much right now that typing is very, very difficult. 14:22 in the blue band. Apparently the Hound hurt himself trying to keep up with me yesterday, so he had to sit this one out, but he was a good spotter! I might make it back in time on Monday, after all. Mike, will you only be in for the 6 o' clock, or will you be around at 7, too?

Late night at the office guys, just gettin in. I see Wabbit has already started, but thats ok. Yes I hurt my shoulder trying to do a muscle up, but after this morning I felt much better..... For I hath found a new calling in life. The feeling one incurs while standing over a snotty, wheezing, sweat dripping mass-o-flesh, barking out orders, "GO! FASTER! PUSH IT PUSH IT!" (Um, I'm talking about crossfit, dont want to give anyone the wrong idea.) It's invigorating. From hence forth Hound is suspending his ninja training to become, well I'm not sure what?
