Hound, thanks for the update and I remember taking A&P back when Lincoln was President and it turned me into a sniveling little school girl. Good luck on the test.

I evidently drank a can of poison last night or my supper was part road kill. Up all night with the screamers. The screamers effected my mental capacity and caused me to only do 150 meter shuttles. I didn't realize it until after the WOD. I completed the WOD in 10:53.MP
