Hey Michael, I posted on our blog but not sure if you are reading it or not so posting on yours as well :)

I finally tried your 21 method and used it on my least favorite BS. I started at 45 set 21 brought me to 145 which is well under my max and I failed 2xs. And instead of being upset I was actually quite pleased. It's been some time since I've had to dump the weight and doing so many reps with little to no rest I know will help me over come my dread of the BS. So going to add this once a week and see how long it takes me to get to my max and then try to max out and surely it will be higher. Thanks and I hope your holiday visit is going well.... Dymphna

Hey Dymphna, I'll be interested to see how this turns out. By the way who authorized the Joe & Tun thing:) If you see them over the holidays tell them congratulations. Hope you and Rick have a Merry Christmas and tell Thor I'll be back in a couple of weeks to set him free.MP

Michael, the newly engaged couple has gone to Joes family for the holiday. They will probably be returning around the same time as you. As you can imagine Tun is quite excited. And Thor is awaiting your return since everyone has been ignoring him. Take care...

Hey Mike,

Great workout before X-mas. I think I almost saw what I had for breakfast by the time the 4th and 5th rounds came. Anyways, it was good to see you and I hope your family has a great X-mas.
