30 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (75lbs men/55lbs women)
20 Thrusters (75lbs men/55lbs women)
1 Rope climb or 10 pull-ups

I played hookie today Mike. As much as I wanted to go, my body disagreed. Because this workout sounds like fun, I think I will do it tommorow morning, and thursdays WOD Friday a.m. or something like that.
