Deadlift
1,1,1,1,1 (get progressively heavier with each set and take 2-3 minutes between sets)
Finish with Core work:
3 rounds
10 Toe in the rings
15 Rockers

Welcome back Jess, from your scores it looks like you have healed up well. Hound, I hope you smoked the "Wabbitt" with Mondays workout, it definitely played to your strengths. Wed will require a smart strategy, so you'll have another opportunity to outsmart that wiley Wabbitt.

Teacher Mike!!! You won't believe it, but I had witnesses, and I deadlifted 200 POUNDS!!!!!!!! There was much jumping around and squealing and clapping, and I didn't even fall down or hit my head! Also, I don't think it's fair that you are so helpful to the Hound with your new workouts, although I will admit that I overslept and missed Monday's, so I avoided all of the wallballs. Hope you are well--we really miss you!

I seen her do it!!!! We had two other impressive feats- Jen and christal both pulled 225 off the floor!!!! The ladies really upped the ante today!
I had them do rope
Climbs and farmer carries w/ the rubber plates to keep them occupied after each single.
Good to hear everything is going well I need to email u about some IF stuff, I was just waiting until u were settled.

Wabbitt congrats on the BIG deadlift, but I really think its a bigger deal that you didn't fall down. Good luck tommorow and bring the Space Monkey, I'm sure he would love this workout.
