800 meter run
25 x Swings
25 x Air squats
25 x Pull-ups
25 x Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (75lbs men/55lbs women)
25 x Push Press (75lbs men/55lbs women)
25 x Front Squats (75lbs men/55lbs women)
25 x Tire Jumps 20inch
25 x Burpees
5 x Muscle ups (substitute 5 pullups/ring dips to 1 muscle up or 25 pullups and 25 ring dips)
800 meter run

This is already hurting me, just to see it in print. I'm not sure I'm going to sleep so well tonight...ick! I hope that Hound doesn't catch me on this one--he just might!

Hey Mike~
I have to say, yesterday was a slow day in the gym. FYI we are planning on doing fight gone bad on Wednesday so if you could work that into next week wods we would appreciate it. Oh yeah, Sara and Katie (Rons wife) and myself DL 245#....yeah! Hope things are still going well. Miss ya!

Hey Cindy,
That is awesome job on the deadlift, not sure what's going on down there, but it seems everybody has gotten stronger since I left. No problem on the FBG, it will be next wednesday's WOD.

First of all, I hate that hill! Finished in 26:26, and I have never thought tire jumps seemed so hard in my life. I could have sworn that I did 800 burpees instead of just 25, too-they were absolutely never ending. This was fun, though, and much better than 45 thrusters! Have a good weekend!

It looks like we had a good race today with H&W. Great job you two, I was still suffering from Wed. I had a friend here (Andrew H), who smoked this WOD like cheap crack and complete this in 17:11. I ended up at 20:49. Get some rest guys and have a good weekend.
