Power Clean x 3 series
1. 50% x 5, 60% x 5, 70% x 5
2. 55% x 5, 65% x 5, 75% x 5
3. 60% x 5, 70% x 5, 80% x 5

WOD
Run as far as possible in 20 minutes or 3 mile run.
