Overhead Squat 5 sets of 5 reps with 75% of bodyweight
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets
Finish with 2000 meter row for time

10 September 08
Wednesday
WOD
5 Rounds of 12 reps per movement
Pull-ups
Box Jumps
Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
Wall-ball
Push-Press

11 September 08
Thursday
WOD
Squat Clean 5 sets of 5 reps with weight = to bodyweight
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets
Finish with 3 runs of 800 meters (rest 3 minutes between each 800)

12 September 08
Friday
WOD
2 Rounds 1 minute per movement/ with 1 minute rest between rounds
Jumping Ring Dips
Row (for calories)
Hang Power Cleans
Thrusters
Push-ups
Sit-ups
Air Squats
Pull-ups
