I did 75 on the press
145 on back squat

It was a very,very, slow day. Surprise! And Crossfit total had to be the Devils idea. The scores weren't too good, but that is understandable considering the week we have had. Can't wait to see what benchmark is for tomorrow.

My F.G.B. score was 248 a 17 pt improvement from my first time.

I was a pathetic weakling today, and I am sure that I frustrated poor TomJohn to no end. Scored 360. 60 on the press, 115 on the back squat, and only 185 on the deadlift, and that was after much straining and trying and not being able to lift heavy things. It was a fairly terrible effort--ugh. But the Hound was a rockstar!
