Wednesday will be another benchmark, so keep the extra work to a minimum.

Mike,

Might just have to go with some heavy squats tommorrow. Knees are still hurting from the marathon. Em and I finished in 6:09. I had to do a lot of persuading and encouraging from mile 15 onward. Not sure if I'm sold on using just Crossfit. Although I didn't use very much Crossfit Endurance like I wanted to.
