Jim, thanks for stopping by. I generally follow the cross fit website workout of the day and if I have the time I'll work on my weakness. Generally that means I'll squat or do some type of overhead squat.

Sit ups and push ups are really cardio in the sense of increasing fitness and burning fat.they are more for building muscle, try the M100 work out, bit of increases your fitness.
