Bench Press

75% x 5 reps
80% x 5 reps
85% x 5 or more reps

For time:
1000 meter row
3o Pullups
50 Thrusters 45lb bar men/35lb bar women

Finish with 10 minutes of stretching.

WOD: 7:10 Not a bad effort, we used a fat slippery bar for the pullups and that made it real fun. Matt came close to breaking the 10 minutes barrier, awesome effort, less than two months ago you could barely run with 100 year old back you own.MP

Mike not sure if you meant to put pull ups first but we switched at ECCF so people could say they completed Jackie...anyway we did it 6mths ago and the time difference is Awesome! Lindsey, Christy, and Keith around 2:30 off, Jackie 3mins. and the most improved Gala took 7min 10sec off last time she did WOD. Great Job everyone. Thanks for taking the time to make up our workouts. We love them and love to complain about them too.

Good catch, my intent was to do Jackie and it was a mistake on my part about the pullups. That may explain why the last time I did this I could do all the pullups. And I agree that is an awesome improvements and as always thanks for the feedback.MP

I would love to take the credit for catching the mistake but didn't teach til 4:00pm...must have been the name. Jackie caught the Jackie WOD!!!
