hound-

its 4 pull-ups and 4 dips for one muscle-up. See crossfit.com for it. So tomorrow you will be doing 120 pull-ups and 120 dips. Sorry to ruin it for you.

I went to crossfit.com and alt. exercise for muscle up is 3pullups plus 3dips OR 4pullups plus 4dips.
So what do you think Mike is it up to the individuals???

Did 30 jumping muscle ups...first time ever on the rings. Really great workout even doing the jumping. feel like it will all come together soon.

PS- Have the luxry working out with the boss. nice!
