Whoa now Mike. Strength days are supposed to be days where we give the Wabbitt something she is terrible at so I can laugh in amusement as she falls down. How can she fall off the rower? Wait, nevermind, I am sure she will figure out how to fall off the rower.

And that was GNC that posted that last one.

GNC, I had to give them an "easy" day because Wed Santa Claus will NOT be in town. MP

Since when was a 1000m row easy?
By the way, I thought it extremely odd this morning when I said, "I wish he would have given us Thrusters instead."
Yes, thats how much I hate Over Head Squats. I only completed 5 rounds (+5/+7/+2). The pull ups and hs push ups were easy going, but I sounded like a pathetic, quivering, little girl during the dreaded OH Squat. BLA!

Can too fall off the rower...just watch me...

This is all assuming that I make it in the morning, which means assuming that the dogs and horses where I'm house sitting all behave and allow me to get moving in the morning--even then, it will likely not be until 7.

Whoa, Hound and I just had a mind meld and posted at the same time--that's weird--get out of my head, Hound!

I did not fall off the rower, because I am a strong and brave crossfit rowing ninja! Not really--in truth, I am slow much in the same vein as frozen molasses, the upside of which being that falling from dangerous equipment, such as rowers, is a significantly smaller risk at low speeds. So I did the first round at 4:15, round 2 at 4:12, round 3 at 4:14, and round 4 at 4:11, and then I passed out...okay, so not really that either, but I was pretty smoked, which is pathetic. GNC, being young and optimistic, was hopeful that I could break 4 minutes on one of my rounds. I, however, am a realist, or at least was one this morning, because I can't even get 500 at sub 2:00. I will say that I came much closer to that part, which would have come in handy on last week's 500m row for time. But I was fairly horrible the last 500 on every round. Oh, and I wish those freaking seats had some padding--they hurt!

Mike, I can't make any of the 4 classes offered tomorrow, since they don't start until 8, so Merry Christmas, and you'll have to let us know next time you're in town!
