WOD
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of the following:
10 Dumbbell Deadlifts
7 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans
5 Dumbbell Thrusters

Men use 45lb dumbbells
Women use 25lb dumbbells

Mike - Did this on Saturday with my brother in law. Except we did the SDHP instead of deadlifts. And we did it with Dumbbells, so I thought it was hilarious how you posted this. Today we did the championship version of FGB (5 round version) -- that truly sucked. We are down in Wilmington until tomorrow.
We will be back at the gym tomorrow night, will you be around?

Mike, this was a very deceptive WOD. After all, a 95# thruster is'nt too bad and 90# HPC and DL are easy money, right. Boy did I get my heart broken, and not to mention my backside handed to me. It's a completely different game when your arms are working independently. I completed 5 rounds and was 5 thrusters short of six. Still on holiday lag apperantly.

Hope your still going to be in town Friday, cause the HOUND is running the show for Team 6. So I'll be expecting to see You, Wabbit, and anyone else that's not afraid to die. Happy Freakin New Year!

Mike-after 13 rounds I was hurting in ways I have not in a long time. Good stuff, can't wait to try a heavy version of it sometims.

Ron, Glad you liked the WOD, 13 rounds is a blistering pace.

Well after taking a month off I got anhilated on this one. Thanks for the memories Mike! This is one of the hardest WODs I have ever done. 9 rounds + 10 DL.
