I really hate I missed this one, I'll definately do somekind of variation of it tommorow. I was able to stop in for a lunch time quickee. Mike, you will be pleased to know I PR'd in dead lifts again today 335#. Afterwards I cleened and jerked 135#, it felt like a toothpick after that deadlift. By the way Mike I was thinking of doing something similar to todays wod for friday. I'll try to come up with something tommorow and run it by you.
