Mike, I did'nt even attempt this one. I just did a shoulder rehab workout useing some of the stuff GNC showed me yesterday. Just that little bit had me clamy and breathing hard. Im going to attempt a "Named" WOD from the main site tommorow. We'll see how that goes. Next week is going to suck.

Randy I looked for you before I left this morning. You must have been curled up somewhere warm. Hope you enjoy Iraq, stay safe man.

25# Dumb bell curl (10 w/each arm)

I finished it in 8:22 in my living room. Could have probaly hit 8:15 but my cat had to help me.A good upper body burner. Give it a try GNC.
