Good evening Mike. This one sounded fun and I might attempt it Saturday. No way I was doing it this morning though. I did 5 x 5 shoulder press 95# and knocked out my 26 pull ups for the 100 day p/u challenge. Will probably do something similar tommorow as well. Wabbit, hope you dont have the same crud I do.

Mike,
As GNC and I were left to our own devices this morning, we took your advice and spent an hour drilling my elbows for squat cleans and power cleans. I managed to do a little better than last week, and cleaned 95# before I started spazzing out and dropping things. You would have been proud, however, as I was much faster than old people copulating--I was more like middle-aged people copulating today. Plus, when I started wanting to do my weird backbend thing, I had the presence of mind to DROP THE WEIGHT, instead of getting myself into one of my typical pickles.

Hound, I hope you feel better soon! I may not be in tomorrow, but I should see you on Thursday if you're back in action--the cold/sinus thing going around is nasty, and persistent.
