The Wabbitt has a chance for redemption now, but to achieve it she must do a muscle-up tomorrow, in addition to the 20 minutes we are going to spend practicing getting under the bar on her cleans.

A satisfying day for H. it was. I P.R. in all 3 cats.
Shoulder Press: 115# (105# just a month ago)
Push Press: 135#
Push Jerk: 145#
Although my PJ was more like a jumping Push Press.
Mike, I must warn you, when you arrive later this month you might not recognize me. Just look for the, not so green, but otherwise Hulkish looking character. Yep.

My muscle up, on the other hand, looked more like something W. would do. I actually got the rings to my pits, but then just flailed around freakishly before falling to the flo. GNC laughed. Alot. Tommorow I will be in "Advanced Ninja Mode" and undoubtedly concour muscle up. Toodles.
