Hound if your still watching, I just wanted to let you know I split snatched 155lbs today. You inspired me with your previous performance. Front Squated 195 x 10 reps and completed the WOD, but did not keep track of the distance. So the gauntlet has been thrown, what does the Hound have for the split snatch.MP
