Complete as many reps as possible in 20 minutes between the two movements.
Pullups
Pushups
Wear a 20lb weighted vest.
Alternate the movements and attempt to match the reps (example: 5 pullups/5 pushups, 7 pullups/7 pushups, 5 pullups/5 pushups etc...)
