Finish with 5 minutes (cumulative) of L-Sit holds
Handstand Drills (holds and if capable walking)

Mike,
I think we need to look at the L-sit culmination. It is tough to keep track of more then a few people on a seperate watch. Maybe practice L-sit for 10mins or 20.

Good evening Programer. After enduring a berage of verbal harassment from GNC this morning, I decided to do the WOD, minus the handstand practice. My overall row time was 7:17 and my fastest 500m run was 1:46. L-sit pull ups took me 15:something. Happy travels Wabbit.
