Good call Mike, Helen is always a fun WOD. I finished in 12:30, fighting off near fatal midsection cramping on the last 400m run. Obviously there was a glitch in the "Advance Ninja Mode". We'll work on getting that resolved.
I took your advice and practiced muscle ups after the WOD. Almost got it, mabey 1 or 2 more days of practice and I'll be muscling up while Wabbit is yet bound to the floor.
Speaking of Wabbit, I saw her running (if you can call it that) through the parking lot as I was leaveing. I guess there was just too much competition at Team 6 for her. Probally got tired of getting beat. Understandable. I mean, I would'nt understand, but I'm sure a looser would. Just kidding, Happy 09 everyone!
A little birdy told me that it was Hound's birthday today, so happy birthday, Hound--very sorry that I had to beat you so soundly at the WOD. I finished in 11:44, and I, too, had some weird cramp going on on the last 400, which is where I ran into the Hound, and had to slow down a bit to wheeze a hello. So I probably could have had him by a few more seconds, is what I'm saying...it's okay Joe Hound, you can call me the winner--I won't let it get to my head...
And I am so on muscle up training--starting tomorrow, GNC better watch his head, because I'm likely to kick it again with my wicked hard kipping...oh, and Hound, I have to show you skin the cat--it's a pretty fun trick that Mike taught me last week when you were slacking off...
Wow, we've started off 2009 with a smack talking bang, haven't we?
I've been thinking, this site needs some fun and games. So I took the liberty of downloading this, neverbefore seen, wordsearch I came across while surfing the net. Good luck guys, it's a tuffie.

I will crush you at skin the cat. Oh, and word games are for slow people...
I think I'm hitting the 7 o' clock again tomorrow, so you'll have to stop in before work and I'll show you skin the cat.
