my god, I hope I get some kind of handicap for doing this workout at 7500 ft in elevation. I think I spent more time bent over than doing the workout. Anyways, my time was 18:15. I hope everything is going great with you. Im going try to post my times on here a little more often. anyways, look forward to your WODS.
