Hey Programmer-

In response to the split snatch gauntlet that was thrown down a few weeks ago, and seeing as how it's the only snatch I can do post op (squat snatches are too risky) I decided to max out my snatch. Still weighing in at around 190 lbs (I am a little fat right now), I snatched 205# for a new PR by 20#. The Hound has yet to respond to the challenge but I did work with him on technique for the landing in a workout we did together early last month. I pulled it from CF Football. With a continously running clock we did 2 snatches every 2 minutes with 60% of our max for 6 rounds (10 min total). Fun little skill WOD.
