Thruster (with odd object ie., rock)


11 September 08
Thursday
WOD
30 Handstand Push-ups (take as long as needed and work on technique)
Finish with 3 runs of 800 meters (rest 3 minutes between each 800)

12 September 08

3 Rounds 1 minute per movement/ with 1 minute rest between rounds
Jumping Split lunges
Clapping Push-ups
Sit-ups
Air Squats
Pull-ups
