HSPU...I feel strong enough to do more, but my wrists hurt. Any advice?

You may want to get your wrist checked out. I suspect most Docs will tell you to lay off for awhile, but if it's a recuring problem they may send you to a PT for treatment. I don't have any real expertise in this area so I'm rather hesitant in dispensing advice with regards to possible injuries. MP
