Hound, I saw your mug in the picture, to your credit you were the only one not trying to look to cool for school. I wouldn't worry too much about the burgers and fries, a Hound has special nutrition requirements and I'm sure you have explained all these special requirements to Mrs. Hound. MP
I'm not a purebred like you, more of mixture between pit, walker hound, and jack ass, but I know enough to understand.

Hound, to see the pic go to the affliate page and look at the 07 Dec photo. Not sure what you specifically want to know about IF, but it is true that I practice IF. I have been doing IF since 2006 and usually give myself a 5 hour feeding window every evening. I normally consume around 18 blocks. I don't know if it hinders performance because I have been doing it so long, but nutrition logic would say that it is not optimal for performance. If you have any questions feel free to ask.MP
