Hello Programer, dont be swayed by any possible propaganda about Hound not thinking your WOD's are "good enough" for him. GNC (corection: World Famous GNC) might have you think that. As I have stated earlier this week, this is a recovery week for me. Apperantly W.F. GNC doesn't believe in thoes. I did take 3 200m sprints this morning and managed a 00:29 sec run, up hill and in sub-freezing cold mind you. I plan on being there Friday am, to laugh at every one else as they push theirselves to the mortal limit. But fear not, for Hound has not followed Wabbit to the dark side. Next week I shall make a valient return in "Super Advanced Ninja Mode!" Undoubtably shattering all records known to man.

No, long-legged Hound...you're the big winner. My time was 40 sec., but I worked out my short, little legs pretty good yesterday & they wanted to cramp up in the freezing temps. Not cool! I won't be racing you anytime soon! :)
