I can not wait to see everyone's face as they walk in and read the board.

To the Wabbitt-

I was not at all insinuating that you were fat yesterday, I was merely stating the tree limb was about 5.5 feet long and weighed between 80 and 100 pounds. Hence, Wabbitt-sized. Had it been 6'2 and 180 lbs, it would be Hound-sized. I will be ready to accept your apology for accusing me of being a mean coach upon my return to the gym.

Will this require more bread pudding? Or perhaps I should make my lethal chocolate chip pecan pie, which has gotten me out of trouble a time or two in the past...

Okay, so here's the deal...I beat the Hound's time this morning (he posted a 12:06 to my 9:40), but of course, my ring dip deficiency is well known, so I had to use the blue band. We held an informal meeting and decided that this meant the week would end in a draw, given that neither one of us will be gracing ECCF with our presence tomorrow. I can't make it due to work, and the Hound said he can't come because he is afraid. I mean, he didn't say that in so many words, but I read between the lines and saw his fear.

Have a good weekend everyone!

Mike,

5:29 and I think baby-rhabdo was setting in when I was done. Thomas did 4:56, I just couldn't maintain his pace. However, I got a 95# single-arm clean and jerk (new pr). Keep us breathing hard.
