This sounds like an mma workout almost!! Any cardio with that?

At one time I used program for a crossFit gym in NC and this was this was just a typical workout for the folks who participated. There is no Cardio in traditional sense, but if you will receive a "Cardio"like effect from the circuit. Hope that answers your question.
