Was definately NOT hitting fran today. I did her 3 weeks ago and I'm still walking funny...
I did some clean and jerks instead. Did 12 at 75% max (205) rested 3 minutes, did 6 at 85% max (235) rested 3 more minutes and did 3 at 90% max (250). Surprisingly smoked.
