Back Squat
1x5 @ 40%
1x5 @ 50%
1x3 @ 60%
75% x 5 reps
85% x 3 reps
95% x 1 or more reps
rest 5 minutes
Run 10 x 100meter sprints (rest 1 minute between sprints)
Finish with 10 minutes of stretching.

back squat 195 x 10, still in recovery, but my leg is slowly but surely coming back. I suspect it will take another 6 weeks to get back to where I was last month.mp
