WOD
Back Squat (All the percentages should be based upon 90% of your max.)
5 reps @ 40%
5 reps @ 50%
3 reps @ 60%
5 reps @ 75%
5 reps @ 80%
5 reps or as many reps as possible @ 85%

For time:
10 Rounds
5 x chest to bar pull-ups
10 x push-ups
15 x Jumping Air Squats
Complete the entire workout wearing a 20lb weight vest.

Finish with 10 minutes of stretching.

Hi everyone! Cupcake here. I am finally back online and connected to the world again. I know it has been awhile but... I wanted to take a moment to thank everyoneat eccf. Thanks for pushing me in my quest to become stripper skinny. Thanks for the wonderful cupcake workout. And thank you all for the surprise party and all of the effort yall put into it to make it a suprise. The picture the t-shirt, the cards and the most importantly the friendships. You all are like family and miss you very much. Keep kickin' ass everyone! Oh and Ron, thanks for the turkey. I can honestly say I have never seen anything like it. Hi Cupcake it took me a minute thought it was something I said while I was drunk. I am on number eight they are getting good!!! You created a bookworm haven't read a book in 15yrs and now on the 12th since Jan. It is also the first year I have ever completed a New Years Resolution and it is only July. Anyway we miss you and talk to you soon.
